This challenge is all about you. Your body is your temple and when you honor it, it will do amazing things. You will start building strong and mindful habits, learn to connect to food as an experience, move your body in a way that fulfills you and discover ways to make it your lifestyle. If it's your goal to be lean, healthy and fit for your life this challenge will support you in all aspects. Learn how to become the master of your temple.


Participating in the Summit Stair Climb Challenge was a great opportunity for me to stretch myself and my fitness goals. Through the coaching and support of Colie, I was able to see what holds me back and why I push things that don't need to be pushed. Overall I found a greater balance in my life and was motivated to try new things that served my overall health and well being. Thank you Colie!
